Create Profile & Browse Available Services

Signing up for HomeHelpr includes building a brief profile with some of your personal details so we know how to serve you best. This will also unlock information about the services that are available to you at your location (whether that is at home, an office.. or somewhere else!).

 

Book an Appointment

Once you have found a service, creating an appointment is easy:

  • Click on the service you would like to book.

  • Enter any service-specific details through the intake form. This info is critical so focus! ☺️

  • Ensure your payment information is up to date.

  • Once booked, you will be able to cancel hassle-free up to 24 hours before.

  • You are all set - customer service is a message/email/call away!

 

Let our Helprs do the rest

This is the best part; While our Helprs are doing their thing, you can do what matters more - learn to cook, go for a nature walk as a family, be more productive, or just enjoy a movie!

The HomeHelpr portal will allow our Helprs to contact you if anything is needed while they do their thing (and vice-versa). Once the appointment is finished, your payment will be processed and your HomeHelpr loyalty wallet will collect points which can be put toward your next service.
